Image to Favicon
This shell script will create or update a github repository and publish it on github.io. It requires the github cli to be installed. If you prefer, you can copy the template repo and follow the documentation there to develop and deploy fiolin scripts. 
Create a multi-resolution icon file from a square image. The script will create an icon file with 256x256, 128x128, 64x64, 32x32, and 16x16 scaled versions of the original image. (Browsers choose the appropriate size version automatically.)
Developer Mode has limited support on mobile
